We’re the place for a quick bite or a long, relaxed dinner. By day we serve lunch specials and à la carte; by night the record player spins and you choose from the menu — unless you’d rather let our chef decide. Biskup moves at a lively pace — best experienced from a seat at the open kitchen.
On your plate and in your shopping basket
We hide nothing. The ingredients we work with are yours to buy in our shop next door. Pick up poultry, eggs, milk and fresh fruit and vegetables — from Czech orchards and gardens, and from lands a little more exotic.
